12th Annual Dinner and Auction Fundraiser
Please join the ReWA Family for our 12th Annual Fundraising Dinner and Auction on October 10, 2008 at the Seattle Marriot Waterfront Hotel. The evening will celebrate this year’s achievements and raise funds for our future work through live and silent auctions. It will include a several course dinner, fabulous desserts, ethnic music and dancing, and a lion dance procession. We are honored to announce that Jon Fine, CEO of the United Way of King County, will be the Keynote Speaker at this event.
This is a fantastic and fun opportunity to support ReWA’s mission of promoting inclusion, independence, personal leadership and strong communities by providing refugee and immigrant women and families with culturally and linguistically appropriate services. The cost of attendance is $100 per person. Click here to RSVP

Thank you to Make a Difference runners!
Every day, refugees and immigrants in our community courageously meet challenges most of us will never face.
Imagine the courage it takes to walk away from everything familiar and start a new life for your family.
ReWA's first "Run to Make a Difference" team showed their support for the courageous refugee and immigrant families who meet these challenges every day by meeting a challenge of their own:
ReWA's Run to Make a Difference team participated in the 2006 Seattle Marathon!
They pledged to raise $500 or more for ReWA’s programs and services directly benefiting women and families, and ReWA provided fundraising support, registered the team and supported runners from day one of training through their big day on Sunday, November 26th.
Team members raised more than $6,500 to support ReWA's programs!

Thank you for visiting ReWA's booth at this multi-cultural, ethnically diverse Celebration of Children, Youth & Families. Fair goers were able to access resources on the street: books, parenting tools, school supplies, backpacks, clothing, and community services.
